Does this Receiver bind with my brand new Turnigy 9x AFHDS2A?

  3. It will bind. Put the bind plug in the receiver (the B/VCC plug). Turn on the transmitter, go into settings and select "Bind RX". Plug in the battery supply to the receiver on any other plug making sure to get the polarity +/- correct. Red LED will flash very quickly then the transmitter should bind and say "Bind OK" then return immediately to the setup menu.
The receiver LED should then change to slowly flashing. IMPORTANT: Next step ... Remove the bind plug. THEN remove power lead from the receiver and turn off the transmitter.
Turn on the transmitter, then turn on the receiver. Red LED should be solid red indicating now bound to the transmitter, showing receiver on the console.

  4. Sorry - the above was edited before posting but the post didn't recognise the edits. It's from another post on youtube about another transmitter, but the principle is the same ... here is (I hope) the edited version...
    1. power on transmitter and in setup, select Bind RX
    2. Connect the bind loop (that should have come with the receiver) onto the B/VCC plug on the receiver
    3. Connect power (battery) to any other plug on the receiver (try to watch the transmitter when you make the connection)"
    4. the transmitter should say "Bind OK" then return quickly to the setup menu
    5. IMPORTANT: disconnect the bind loop! BEFORE you disconnect the receiver power
    6. disconnect the receiver power
    7. turn off the transmitter
    8. Now when you turn on the transmitter and power up the receiver the receiver LED should be solid ON and the transmitter console should show the receiver is connected. The receiver should respond to transmitter controls!
